The Christian Church was born in the Middle East and soon spread to north and east, yet today Christians in these regions are a small and persecuted minority. Christians require great courage and a creative approach in order to serve the needs of their community. Our partners in the Middle East reach out to their Muslim neighbours with practical care and sensitive sharing of the good news.

• Lebanon: Christ at the crossroads Our local partner in Lebanon is a fellowship formed to spread the gospel throughout the country of Lebanon. It operates under an indigenous board, and is committed to evangelization in the country. The ministry’s outreach activity includes planting churches, running a camping program and caring for orphans. Lebanese Christians are also instrumental in reaching into neighbouring countries such as Syria, and Iraq. To learn more:
