This element contains CSS to define full width (on desktop only) of the landing page and a 1280px fixed width <div> with .container class that components each component can be wrapped within.
This approach will only work with HTML elements. Standard CMS page content components (grid, newsletter etc.) would require additional fixed width CSS definitions to target those components specifically. See example .cms-content-cct_netsuite_newsletter
