Ann brings a wealth of experience as a global strategist, planner, speaker and trainer in conference planning and project management for over 25 years. Her passion for integrating innovative and collaborative ideas into conferences, projects and strategic planning provides the next step for organizations locally and globally, to build a more hope-filled future.

Laurie George Busuttil is the owner of Onesimus & Associates, a consulting firm working with nonprofits around the world to develop good governance practices. A retired Professor of Business, she taught management, marketing and not-for-profit management courses, following a 30-year career in industry and the not-for-profit sectors. She holds an MBA from McMaster University and an MTS from McMaster Divinity College.

Monica, CPA, CGA, is currently the Director, Corporate Finance & Advisory at Igloo Capital Inc. She brings over 20 years of experience holding senior financial positions, including CFO, Financial Controller and Management Consulting, primarily focusing on corporate strategy, finance and risk management.

Matthew (CFA, LLM) is currently the Chief Compliance Officer for the Nasdaq Canadian Stock Exchange, responsible for the exchange’s regulatory and governance programs. With over 20 years experience in the financial services industry and five years experience as a corporate secretary, Matthew brings expertise in governance, law, regulation and compliance. Matthew is originally from Halifax and resides in Toronto.

Frances works at McLean & Company, where she partners with HR leaders by providing evidence-based solutions to human resource challenges. Prior to this, Frances served for many years with the Alliance in Canada as part of their Global Ministries team and more recently, as Director of Leader Development. She has also served on staff at her local church. Frances studied Business and Psychology at Wilfrid Laurier University and is certified as a Birkman coach. She lives in the Greater Toronto Area with her husband and two children.

Rachel is a Senior Manager in the audit practice at KPMG LLP, a global public accounting firm that provides audit, tax, and advisory services to businesses, governments, and organizations. She brings over 5 years of experience with financial statement audits, leadership, regulatory reporting, and risk assessment, with significant experience in the NPO sector. Rachel studied at Redeemer University and McMaster University, and currently resides in Burlington, Ontario.

Stone is the CEO of Lucullus Bakery. He has experience in the food industry and handles quality control, marketing, and franchisee relations.
Stone has been on multiple short-term mission trips across underdeveloped parts of Southeast Asia. He is passionate about charitable work that makes meaningful contributions to those in need. He is also a director at MRVCBA (Markham Richmond Hill Vaughan Chinese Business Association). Stone studied Linguistics and Renaissance Studies at UofT.

Michel is a versatile businessman with vast experience in international business. Michel has over 20 years of experience in various fields, including Sales, Marketing and General Management. In that time, he has worked for a number of large international companies, like Procter & Gamble and L’Oreal, where he most recently led NYX Cosmetics in California. As President of ALDO Group International (AGI), he oversees the development of franchised stores in over 100 countries around the world.

Ric serves as Senior Associate Pastor at Mission Creek Alliance in Kelowna, B.C. He served 23 years in various international ministries with the Alliance of Canada, including serving as a missionary in Venezuela, regional director for the Alliance mission in Latin America, and in the national office of the C&MA. He also has been a sessional instructor in missionology at Ambrose University and Seminary in Calgary. Ric and his wife, Ruth-Anne, have two married adult children.
